Here are some of the frequent questions from our customers (as of 2024).

Do you have a physical shop?

- Currently we're operating as an online store to make our prices competitive. Though we're looking forward to have our own physical store soon.

What's the timeline from ordering to getting the personalized orders?

- Though we are doing our best to fulfill all orders within as quickly as possible, please consider the following:

a. For Physical Orders - 2 days for proof-checking and 10 to 15 days for production (excluding weekends and holidays).

b. For Digital Orders - 2 days for proof checking (excluding weekends and holidays).

Proofing. What's the procedure for this?

a. For Physical Orders - Within the 2 days timeframe, we will send the digital version for your checking and review through your email. We will not send your order to production until we get your confirmation to proceed.

b. For Digital Orders - We will send the digital version within 2 days.

What's the shipping options for the physical orders?

a. Via Lazada 

b. Via LBC

c. Via self-pickup (Grab Express) from Makati

Payment Options?

- We accept online payments via Credit Card using the Paypal payment gateway. This is the most secure payment gateway in the world. We also accept bank deposits via BPI and BDO, including Gcash as well. 

Can I see proof first of the layout before payment?

- We can only send the proofs after the payment confirmation. You may refer to our samples to get an idea on how it will look like.

Can I make changes in my order?

- Yes, you may as long as it is still the same event or typo on the names.

Do you offer rush services?

- Not yet, but we're looking forward to offering this soon.
